Tile Restoration Inc. has been providing top rated tile and grout restoration, flooring refinishing and hard-surface restoration since 2002 throughout South Jersey and the Philadelphia area.
As the regional SaniGLAZE certified provider, Tile Restoration Inc. has met the needs of commercial and industrial clients across the region. We have proudly serviced some of the area’s largest hospital systems, educational institutions and corporate facilities, providing them with renewed hard surface and flooring at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Meet Our Team
Steve Brodack
Steve co-founded Tile Restoration, Inc. in 2002. In 1997, he co-founded the Jan-Pro franchise of the Delaware Valley, experts in the commercial cleaning space. Steve lives in Ventnor, NJ, with his wife, Lisa.
Gregg Prescott
Gregg co-founded Tile Restoration, Inc. in 2002. Prior to that, he also co-founded the Jan-Pro franchise of the Delaware Valley in 1997. Gregg and his wife Amy reside in Brigantine, NJ.
Michael Maddox
Michael has been The Tile Restoration Operations Manager since 2007, and has been involved in the commercial floor care industry since 1992.
Christine Lauer
Christine has been in Sales & Operations with Tile Restoration, Inc. since 2016. She worked for a previous janitorial company starting in 1999 and has been involved with SaniGLAZE since 2008.
